Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Time Outs offered by Every Day Me. By signing the booking form, you accept these Terms & Conditions as the basis of your agreement with Every Day Me (Marc-André Wülfrath).

1) Booking, Deposit & Payment

  • Your Time Out is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and a deposit of €500 (incl. VAT)
  • .This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available Time Out date up to 6 weeks before the start.
  • The remaining amount must be paid no later than 90 days before the start of the Time Out.
  • Accommodation costs are billed and collected by Every Day Me and paid directly to the hosting partner.

2) Cancellation & Rebooking

  • You can cancel your Time Out up to 6 weeks before the starting date and rebook to another listed Time Out within 12 months, subject to availability
  • .A replacement participant may be named up to 6 weeks before departure.
  • If you cancel within 30 days before the Time Out, no refund is possible unless a replacement participant is confirmed.
  • Accommodation cancellation costs follow the conditions of the hosting partner.

Travel Insurance & Booking Confidence

We want you to feel completely safe when booking a Time Out—especially if you’re planning well in advance. To protect yourself from unexpected situations such as illness, cancellation or schedule changes, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Once your full payment is received, we’re happy to issue an invoice for tour planning and personal guidance. This document can often be used to support your insurance application. That way, you’re covered—and can book your Time Out with peace of mind.

3) What’s Included

  • Each Time Out includes: personal preparation and support, accommodation and breakfast, curated hiking stages, luggage transfer, and group moderation.
  • The Time Out is not a guided tour in the classic sense, but a consciously designed space for nature, rest and reflection.
  • Participants are responsible for confirming they meet the physical and health requirements to join.

4) Changes & Cancellation by the Organizer

  • Every Day Me reserves the right to cancel a Time Out due to illness or under-enrollment. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full.
  • Minor route or program adjustments do not entitle participants to a price reduction.

5) Risk & Responsibility

  • Participation is at your own risk. Every Day Me assumes no liability for injury, accidents or personal loss.
  • The Time Outs are not package tours. We offer curated experiences, but participants are responsible for their own health, insurance and safety.

6) Photography & Privacy

  • Photos or videos taken during a Time Out may be used by Every Day Me for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please notify us in writing before the start.
  • Your personal data is used only for the organization of the Time Out. No data will be shared with third parties without your consent.

7) Legal Rights & Jurisdiction

  • Portuguese law applies. Jurisdiction is Lagos, Portugal.

8) Motorcycle Time Outs (only applicable if part of your booking)

  • A valid motorcycle license and minimum 2 years of experience with large motorcycles are required.
  • Participation is only possible with full protective gear (helmet, gloves, boots, protective clothing).
  • Rental motorcycles require a refundable deposit of €1,500.
  • Participants are responsible for following traffic rules. Violations may lead to exclusion from the Time Out without refund.
  • Every Day Me is not liable for mechanical issues, weather, or delays. Travel, health and accident insurance is strongly recommended.
